ECOBUILD 2009 Ecological-Building Show 2009 London England

The exhibition, with products in which creativity and productivity come to the forefront, from zero carbon buildings to self contained buildings using renewable sources of energy, stimulates organic materials and technologies to be used in new building systems and draws attention as the world’s most significant exhibition in this respect. Among the fresh products becoming prominent in the exhibition, there are new generations of the insulating materials and their applications.

Application methods of the renewable energy sources to domestic and commercial buildings and the latest innovations in this regard were on display in the fair. It is being monitored that the equipment used in constructions are produced from materials containing less toxic substances each passing day, new generation breathable building materials have been introduced into the market, there is a modulation from traditional construction methods to the new high-tech construction methods and materials. The world’s biggest companies manufacturing building materials have had an open hand on the subject of research&development and have tended to create new generation building materials using nanotechnology.

Mehmet Akif Asmaz, the chairman of ASMAZ Wood Frame Buildings Company, who is a specialist on this subject in Turkey, has attended several meetings and seminars making an intensive study during the exhibition.

Mr. ASMAZ, who has come together with the leading sectoral bodies and exchanged information in the fair where the subjects supported by the European Union, such as construction techniques of ecologist buildings and innovations have been exhibited, carried out a range of negotiations and entered into cooperation agreements.

He has consulted with the UK Timber Frame Association (UKTFA) authorities and exchanged information correlatively in the matter of organizing similar exhibitions and instructional seminars in Turkey in the near future. Having come together with the worldwide known, leading companies in the sector, Mehmet Akif ASMAZ has decided to bring many innovations concomitantly. Mr. ASMAZ who denotes that during the event lasted for three days, following the innovations for ecological buildings and applications, he has found an opportunity to investigate the fresh inventions and new materials launched into the market and at the same time has obtained detailed information about the integration of the essential renewable energy sources required for a sustainable environment to ecological buildings and they are in cooperation with the English Companies. Mr. Asmaz, who has attended numerous seminars and conferences, asserted that he has found opportunity to keep abreast of all the latest developments in detail and also expressed they are pioneer in this regard and sharing all the innovations at the same time with the world.

Indicating that, as an attendant, they will offer the latest innovations on this subject to the visitors in the building exhibition that will be held in Istanbul in May; Mehmet Akif ASMAZ denoted they have signed a prerogative cooperation agreement on timber engineering and systems with Gang-Nail Systems, one of the most important brands in building technologies. He also indicated that they have the required technology and know-how for a sustainable environment and announced they will provide opportunity for world class environmentalist ecological green buildings to be built in the nearest future with the new manufacturers across the country.
