Mass Production of Timber Frame Buildings from ASMAZ Timber Frame Buildings

Asmaz is preparing to open its new factory on timber frame buildings in the medium scale industry estate in Taşköprü Handere location, Yalova. The factory that will perform trial production this month will start mass production in January. The target is to construct 200-250 residential houses per annum in the factory which will begin to mass produce by use of an automation system.

Mehmet Akif Asmaz, chairman of Asmaz Energy Communication Construction, who says they are getting on with their studies continuously for opening a new factory, also adds “our studies are going ahead for carrying our new factory on timber frame buildings into effect and starting the production”. Denoting that the Handere factory will go into operation with a special production machinery that will come from England and this attempt will provide added value for the economy creating employment in this area; Asmaz ”The factory will perform its trial production for the first time within this month. And in January it will begin to mass produce. The dwellings whose assemblies will be performed by expert teams coming from England; will be designed to appeal to both domestic and foreign markets. We aim at 200-250 residential houses per annum. Our factory that will serve in Turkey as a beginning, then will also serve abroad in the forthcoming years. Reliable expert teams will serve in our factory that will perform mass production by use of an automation system.

Implying that they are the first and only solution partner of Gang-Nail Systems – the world famous timber frame system manufacturer of England; Asmaz, “according to the agreement made; our company, using the know-how of Gang-Nail Systems, will provide procurement, training and timber engineering services for the manufacturers and end-users in Turkey and the North Cyprus about timber frame building systems. “Being experienced and specialist on timber frame engineering, our company will have the opportunity to follow all developments in the world closely and practice them owing to this partnership” he added.
