It is a contracting company, founded in 1940s in Istanbul, as a private company, by the late Huseyin Avni ASMAZ who was one of the local notables of Trabzon. Huseyin Avni ASMAZ, who had exhibited his difference in construction sector with the residential buildings that he had constructed, carried on his business life registered in Contractors Association and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

The residential buildings came to the forefront in the construction works progressing in Yalova and Bursa. “ASMAZ Trade” had gone through a change in title into “ASMAZ Construction and Trade” in the course of time and finally has been restructured by Mehmet Akif ASMAZ as a limited company. ASMAZ Energy Communication Construction, whose central office is in Yalova, carries on its activities in the way of Huseyin Avni ASMAZ, aiming at different sectors.
